If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, You can return your online purchase to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items and some personal care items due to hygiene reasons.
Returns

The return costs are charged to the client and it is for Greece €4 return plus €4 for sending the new product.
You always keep the right for refund if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Your money is deposited in your bank account 15 days after receipt of the product in our store, withdrawing dispatch and return costs.
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.
